Not enough space on the hard drive

Your hard drive has a limit to the amount of space that it has. It could be a 40 Gigabyte hard drive or a 1 Terrabyte hard drive. But that is all it will hold. When you begin to close in on filling your hard drive it will cause your system to slow down.

You have choices as to how to proceed at this point

• Upgrade your hard drive
• Add an additional hard drive internal or external
• Delete unused information from your hard drive
• Move files to a backup hard drive
• Move files to a removable media such as CDROM or DVDROM or Tape
